Review by hotel critic
My family recently stayed at Casa Tarzan, and we had quite a nice experience. This isn't your typical hotel; it feels more like visiting a welcoming family home. The rooms are uniquely designed, made entirely of bamboo, and offer an interesting jungle-like atmosphere. We were particularly fond of our bathroom, which included bath herbs, enhancing the already fascinating experience. Every morning, we received a large bucket of hot water for our showers, which added an element of fun to our routine. My children loved exploring the lush garden filled with diverse plants; it was like stepping into a mini rainforest. We even enjoyed a fun-filled karaoke night with the family, creating lasting memories and laughter. Casa Tarzan is conveniently located near the center, making it easy for us to explore the area. Plus, the staff was helpful, even organizing a private tour for us to discover local sights. While language might be a bit of a barrier—most staff only speak Spanish—it was a great opportunity for cultural exchange. We left feeling like friends rather than just guests. If you're looking for a family-friendly spot with character, this is a great choice for an authentic experience.
